Hello,

I can't seem to set up my Hama universal remote, model 4 in 1. I am following the procedure, but when I press Setup as indicated, the LED never turns green. I have tried it with my DVD player as well as my TV. I have only turned on one device at a time, I have checked the compatibility of the brands, I can't see where the problem lies...

Hello I have the same problem, the green light does not come on, the light stays red but nothing is displayed on the TV. How did you manage to fix it, please? Thank you.

Hello, Have the batteries been inserted the right way (back to back) and with the correct polarities?  -- It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room. Especially when it's not there...

Hello,  Yes, the batteries are well placed, besides the LED lights up but stays red...

What is the exact model?
Because the manual I found (Art.Nr.:00012306) does not mention the color of the LED but only that it lights up constantly

I only see "4 in 1" on the box. In the manual I received with the remote, the LED is supposed to turn green when pressing setup.

I did it! I managed to link the remote to my devices, and indeed, there's no green light that appears as mentioned in the manual—I could have waited forever... However, it does show me that for the DVD, it's really not working well! ????

In fact, I followed the procedure without waiting for the LED to turn green; by entering the code linked to the device, it works.
