I have a Telefunken Smart TV, I bought it a year ago, in 2019, and I noticed that the software version is from 2016. When I try to update the software, it says that there is no update available. However, I am missing a lot of compatible apps, like Amazon Prime Video and others. How can I download the update onto a flash drive? Best regards.

It's not a software update for the TV that will allow you to add apps.
If your TV is connected to the internet, it happens automatically BUT:
When it comes to applications, manufacturers and broadcasters do what they want; personally, I have a LG, and at the beginning, I had an Orange app that provided access to plenty of radios, but that app was removed without warning during an update. For replay, I had Pluzz (public service replay) and Arte +7, which have also disappeared. As for MyTF1, I only have the paid VOD; on the M6 replay site, it asks me to download a "player," but "download impossible." It's all about agreements with app owners and the TV brand—a money issue, so these TVs aren't so smart after all, huh? ...;-(
And Arte came back a while ago... go figure...
