"Error code: 0xc0000034" no access to Windows 8

Good evening everyone,

since yesterday I can't access my computer's desktop, I get a message on a blue background saying "The boot Configuration Data file is missing some required information."
I also have this error code: 0xc0000034

I saw on the internet that I should press the F9 key but it doesn't work for me.

However, when I tap the F2 key, I get into the "BIOS Setup Utility"

    Hello,

    Try to repair the startup: Repair Windows 8 Startup
    It's the same principle as on Windows 10.

    Otherwise:

    From a functioning computer: Use Media Creation on a valid computer to create a USB installation key: https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows8
    • Boot from it by changing the boot sequence and specifying the USB key or the DVD: How to boot the computer from USB key
    • You will arrive at the Windows installer.
    • Go to repair the computer (menu at the bottom left on the main page)
    • Advanced troubleshooting options
    • Command prompt
    • type diskpart and press enter

    Give the results of the following commands: 

    list disk
    sel disk 0
    list partition
    list volume
    exit


    Take a photo of the result and provide it as a screenshot.

    And give the result of the command: 
    bcdedit /v
