Time Zone Difference on Whatsapp

Hello,

This is the opposite; it corresponds to the time on your smartphone (so the French time); however, I’m not 100% sure, let's wait for other responses ;-)

If it says "seen today at 3 PM," it corresponds to one of the 3 possibilities below.

1/ She closed the WhatsApp app at 3 PM on the smartphone (3 PM in France, which is 2 PM in England).
2/ She turned off her internet connection at 3 PM on the smartphone (3 PM in France, which is 2 PM in England).
3/ She turned off her smartphone at 3 PM on the smartphone (3 PM in France, which is 2 PM in England).
Please keep me updated => "It’s resolved thanks to / I found it was necessary" or "Still at a standstill"
because I often have several steps and always have a trick up my sleeve!!!
