Opera opens tabs by itself

Hello everyone,
Here is my problem: when I launch the Opera browser, it opens 200 tabs before I can do anything. In fact, I think it stops at 200 because that must be the maximum number of open tabs.
I don't have this issue with Firefox.
I have uninstalled and then reinstalled Opera, but nothing works...
I call upon your knowledge as mine stops here! :) Thanks for reading

Hello,
Open the Settings in Opera and check if the "On startup" option is set to Start with the homepage.
If that doesn’t fix the issue, reset the browser. Open the menu and click on Update and Recovery. Click on Recover, then select Reset my data and Opera settings and click on Recover.
If the problem persists, your PC may be infected. Install Malwarebytes to perform a system scan and remove all potential threats.
