Hello, what is the procedure to re-download software with the license code?
Magix Music Maker Hip Hop 6; I uninstalled it from my laptop and would like to reinstall it on my desktop PC.
Thank you for your help.

Hello,
You need to log in to the Magix website https://www.magix.com/fr/assistance-technique/mon-service-center/ and normally you should find your purchase and your license code.

super, thanks for your quick and effective response; now do you know how to recover the music made on the laptop? I'm so frustrated to have lost everything.
Hello.
Recovery is possible, but some files are either overwritten or destroyed, so they are unrecoverable.
You can use Recuva. In the options, you need to set it to French and only select "music."

Alternatively, you can use Photorec from Testdisk, which is only in English but very easy to use and more effective in searching than Recuva.

In this case too, be sure to uncheck "Reset," otherwise you will end up with thousands of files and several GB in the recovery folder. Only check MP3 (I did not find Magix Music Maker in the list, but check again, it might have escaped me).
In both cases with the software: use the PC as little as possible to achieve optimal recovery.
See you later . . .

Thank you JOJO, but none of my compositions were in mp3 format, everything is in the default Magix format... moreover, I had already uninstalled and reinstalled the software on another PC without losing anything.
I have all the compositions on a USB stick but when I transfer them into Magix everything is chopped up and in several folders.
I haven't actually lost everything but it is impossible for me to reinstall them.

Thank you for your help, but nothing works.
To sum up; I saved all the audio files from Magix onto a USB stick before uninstalling the software from the laptop. I then reinstalled the software on the desktop and simply want to reintegrate the audio files into the software. I thought it would be simpler than this. I'm giving up for now; I don't have time today.
