Remote control malfunction Schneider

Hello,

My Schneider remote control is not working. As soon as I press a button, the power indicator flashes blue and red.
I can no longer turn off the television
It automatically switches to the channel program, I can't even change the channel.
The television is 2 months old
Could someone please help me?

      Yes, that is the first thing I tried.
      It doesn't seem to be the television since the functions work
      I just bought a universal remote, but none of the codes work. I'm done for tonight, it's starting to drive me crazy.
