How to unlock TV channels on TNTsat decoder

Hello,
I have a Sagemcom TNTSAT decoder model DS81 HD
Some channels are locked, for example channel 25.
I get the message: "enter your installation code, then confirm."

I don't remember the code and I didn't write it down.
What can I do to unlock all the channels, especially channel 25?
In the user manual, for all the operations, I am asked for a code every time, which I don't have!!!
In this manual, it doesn't mention the problem: "what to do if you forget the unlock code."

    I may have expressed myself poorly. By locked channel, I mean locked for children by a “parental code.”
    Does this information help you advise me on how to unlock these channels when the parental code used to lock them is forgotten?
