[Apple-iPhone-Contacts] add a custom label

Good evening,

I've noticed that for the past few years, I can no longer create custom labels for the numbers of my new contacts and I am reliant on the default labels.



When I check on the old ones, I can still create them, but for the most recent ones, it’s hit or miss.



Does anyone have an explanation? An idea?
I haven’t found anything on the internet.

    Hello. You probably need to be using Exchange by now. If you are using an Exchange account in Contacts, custom labels are not applied to the records.
