Ubuntu 19 "aucun adaptateur wifi"; y a t'il une carte ou autre pb...?

Bonjour,
sur l'ordi donné a un ami :" "aucun adaptateur wifi""
y a t il une carte?
est ce un pb avec la box ? (la box est a l'étage en dessous chez le propriétaire)
que faire avec un Terminal? (j'essaye l'ordi en question de chez moi)

Voici ce que j'ai fait:
