Open a .Bk file

Hello,
I have a problem. I have a .bk file that I recovered from my old phone (it's my old notes)
But I can't open it without Adobe Framework. However, I don't want to use their software, I just want to open my file.
Does anyone have a solution so I can still open this file? I've searched online for ways to open or convert it, but I haven't found anything.
