Restore only my applications from Time Machine

Hello,
My Mac crashed a few weeks ago, making the data on the hard drive unrecoverable as the startup disk was severely damaged. The technician then installed a new clean hard drive, with a more recent configuration and an OS X Sierra, much to my delight, as my MacBook was somewhat "outdated" before (purchased in 2010, some software was no longer updating on such an old version).
I had a Time Machine on an external hard drive, but I did not restore my disk from the Time Machine to keep this new OS clean. The problem is that I would like to recover some software for which I no longer have the installation disk and that was installed on my computer previously.
Hence my question:
Is it possible to restore only the software from a Time Machine without restoring the OS from the Time Machine at the same time?
Thank you in advance for your help,
Configuration: Macintosh / Firefox 70.0

Hello,
Of course, we can only restore what is desired: files or applications. Just select the desired item and click on "Restore".
That being said, it is not certain that all applications will work; indeed, some applications need to be properly installed, which means using the original installer and, depending on the case, with license numbers... activation from the publisher's site... for example, the MS Office suite, Photoshop, etc.
Best regards.
