Package without tracking upon arrival in France

Hello,
I really need your help,
I ordered two pairs of heels from a site in the US and I was given a tracking number with their carrier USPS, so so far so good, but as soon as it arrived in France there was no news.
I contacted the delivery service several times with no response.
On the site they tell me it is APC POSTAL LOGISTICS, which I cannot find on the internet.
Could someone please help me?
