Micro Application icon in the taskbar

Hello,

Since I unsuccessfully tried to download the "38 dictionaries" software from Micro Application, I always have an icon in the taskbar that I can't get rid of. I looked in the control panel to see if I had such a program, but apparently there is nothing. Can someone tell me how to permanently remove this icon? Thank you.
