Hello,
I’m trying to call someone. Every time it says your correspondent is not reachable, please call later. I don’t know what that means. I’m not sure what to do. Plus, I can only reach this person by phone; they’re not on social media. Please help me.

This person may be using the call screening feature on their phone and is waiting for the caller to start leaving a message before answering.
