Hello,
I just installed Hamachi 2.2.0.633 on a W10 PC and on a remote XP PC (in another city).
I already had a LogMeIn account, created a network, added both PCs, and started Hamachi on both.
Both PCs are "green," but an attempt to access the drives of a remote PC shows the default directory of the local PC.
I requested a diagnostic, and I get the following on both PCs:

Tunnel: (Tunnel:)
The VPN domain's tap device is down
Local results:
Adapter configuration:
Cannot get adapter config
Traffic test: Cannot complete test
Remote results: [xxx-xxx-xxx]
Adapter configuration:
Cannot get adapter config
Traffic test: Cannot complete test

I searched with Google, stopped and restarted the service, checked the firewall, the app is there, I don't know where to look anymore.
Help, please. :-)
Thank you.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 75.0.3770.142

Hi,
Well, uninstall the local Hamachi and reinstall it while noting any error messages, if there are any.
Do you have an administrator account?
Install it in administrator mode.

and... There you go!

Hi, I did that and I have the same thing.
Yes, I have an administrator account, I don't have another one.
Thank you.

In the list of network interfaces, do you see your TAP interface?
Hamachi is so easy to install and use that you feel completely unarmed when you encounter a case that doesn't work.
Do you have a specific firewall?

I have Ethernet and "LogMeIn Hamachi Virtual Ethernet unidentified network" on the W10 PC and "Hamachi disabled behind a firewall" on the XP PC. An activation attempt fails. The event log informs me: "application blocked Hamachi-2-ui.exe versionxyz module blocked hungapp version 0 address 0 :-( Firewalls with default configuration on both PCs.

In the allowed services in the XP firewall, they are all unchecked for Hamachi. And when I try to ping either one, both respond "request timed out."
