Hello
I am a novice in this matter
I have a SAMSUNG RTS HE10 home theater that I have never managed to connect.
So I have a SAMSUNG RTS HE 10 home theater, a Freebox mini 4K, and an old Thomson TV.
My Freebox is connected to the TV via HDMI and the home theater to the TV also via HDMI.
The sound does not come out at all from the home theater
How can I solve the problem
Thank you for your valuable help

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 75.0.3770.142

    Hello,
Does your TV have a 3.5mm headphone jack output?

      Hello,

Yes, I tried but it didn't work.
There might be a procedure that I don't know about.

You need to connect the TV headphone output to the "analog stereo" input of the home theater with a jack<- ->jack cable
But you have to switch the home theater to this auxiliary input
The TV sound should not be turned up too high => saturation of the home theater input => sound distortion, you need to find a happy medium to be above the noise floor but not saturate, the best is to set the home theater volume fairly high, advantage: you can adjust the volume with the TV remote... ;)

      I tried with a jack/RCA cable
I will try to get a jack/jack cable to test it.
      Thank you

Yes, because your home has a jack input but your TV doesn't have an RCA output, those are inputs.

But you're welcome, and nice to have stopped by again, regarding getting back to nature
