Hello,
I bought a movie on Mytf1 Vod and downloaded it to the library.
I can watch it unlimitedly, but I would like to have it on my computer.
Is it possible?
Thank you for keeping me informed.
Keep Smiling.
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 68.0

Hello, I will respond for Free, please check with your provider.
##Every time you purchase a program on your Freebox, an email is automatically sent to your Free contact email within 24 hours. This email will display the link and a download code with which you can download the video online.

Good evening, thank you for bringing me a response, I apologize for the late reply as I am recovering from a serious illness;
The problem is that I am not with Free, but with Bouygues Telecom and my issue is not resolved?
Thank you to anyone who can find the solution.
Best regards

Hello,
It is advisable to read the general terms and conditions of sale on the MyTF1VOD website before making any purchase: https://mytf1vod.tf1.fr/cgv#paiement
In articles 4.1 b and 4.2, among others, it is indicated that a specific player allows viewing purchases offline.
However, the number of downloads is limited for a permanent download (I partially quote):
"The User may, during the Availability Period of the Program, and via their User Account, permanently download the Copy File of the Program within the following limits: up to 5 (five) Downloads on tablets and smartphones,</li>up to 3 (three) Downloads on computers.</li></ul>"
In the T&Cs , it is noted that ""Player" refers to the tool for streaming and playing video, audio, and/or photo files. The Player may include a Player code, in the form of computer code, which allows third parties to display files from other sites or blogs through the Player, under the Conditions of Article VI."
I leave it to you, if you wish, to find out where to download this famous "player" (you will probably need to enter a digital code) in order to watch your film on your computer ;)
However, as there are likely digital protections, you will probably not be able to convert or transfer this film to a DVD, for example.
Best regards
