Windows 10 Freeze régulièrement

Bonjour à tous,

Depuis environ une semaine, mon ordinateur Freeze au bout d'environ deux heures (parfois beaucoup plus, parfois beaucoup moins) et seul un redémarrage en force permet de le relancer. Le problème ne survient pas forcément lorsque je suis en jeux, parfois le freeze a lieu lorsque l'ordinateur est en idle. Aujourd'hui, pour la première fois, j'ai obtenu un BSOD avant redémarrage avec comme code d'arrêt : DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL.

J'ai cherché sur de nombreux forums d'où le problème peut venir, et très souvent, le problème indiqué est un problème de pilote NVIDIA. Or, je n'ai pas de GPU Nvidia, donc je ne comprends pas trop.

Savez-vous ce qui peut causer ce problème ? Et s'il y a des moyens d'obtenir des rapports d'erreur donnant des indices sur l'origine du problème ?

CONFIG:
Ordinateur monté par moi même en Juin 2014, quelques modifications hardware apportées depuis.
Carte mère : ASUS M5A97 Le r2.0
CPU : Amd FX-8320 (qui a précédemment été overclocké à la fréquence de son grand-frère le FX-8350) + CM Hyper 212 evo
GPU : Msi RX 470 4GB
RAM : 2x Corsair 1866Mhz 4GB + 2x Fury HyperX 1866mhz 4gb
HDD : Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
PSU : Evga 600B 80+ Bronze
