Good evening,
To install the driver for the Olivetti PG 2335 printer through a USB cable on Windows 7, I followed these steps:
1/ Devices and Printers
2/ Add Printer
3/ I choose any USB port and click OK
4/ An icon of the printer with an exclamation mark appears in the "Devices and Printers" interface
5/ I right-click on the icon and delete the device, and I redo these steps by choosing another USB port, but I get the same result, and the other icons I thought I deleted reappear when I close and reopen the interface.
6/ In the same interface at the bottom, there is an icon "device unknown"
I tried to install the driver on another PC running Windows 10, and I directly clicked on the setup in the CD, but a message indicates that there is no device connected, even though I have verified the wiring.... I'm stuck and don’t know what to do. Please, can anyone help me? I would be grateful.

Are you connecting properly to the back of the machine? With a supplied cable?
Otherwise, change the cable, not all cables work the same. Yours is USB 2.
Have you tried on another computer with Windows 10, tested different USB ports, and changed the connection cables...?
So it's the printer that's at fault, not your computer.
Can you print from the USB drive?
No error messages on its display when plugged in?
How old is the machine? Can you go back to where it was purchased to have it tested?
