When I turn on my NINTENDO 2DS, it displays "An error has occurred. Please turn off the console and hold down POWER, then try again." After 30 seconds, I do what it asks, but it keeps happening.
Please help me, it's been like this for a year.

Nintendo says: Error message: An error has occurred. Press and hold the POWER button.

Issue:
Error message: An error has occurred. Press and hold the button to power off.
Important note:
If the error message appears while setting up an email address that will be used for parental controls, click here.
What to do:
Press and hold the POWER button on the console until it turns off (about 10 seconds), then restart the console.
The overall stability of the console may improve by applying the latest console update. Try applying the latest system update and see if the problem persists. How to do it
For information on the current version of the console menu, click here.
If the message appears while using a specific game or application downloaded from the Nintendo eShop, use the Nintendo 3DS download troubleshooting tool to detect errors in the game or application and fix them, if necessary. How to do it
If no errors are detected, you can still choose to launch the troubleshooting tool.
Relaunch the game or application and check if the problem persists.
If the error occurs every time you launch StreetPass Mii Plaza, delete the game's additional data. How to do it
Issue not resolved:
If the problem persists, the console will need to be repaired.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Nintendo no longer offers factory repairs for the original Nintendo 3DS (model CTR-001, serial number starting with "CW"). Click here for information regarding replacement and upgrade options.
Repairs for all other consoles in the Nintendo 3DS family are still available. Please click here to start the repair process.
