Hello everyone,
To explain my problem, when I insert the cartridge into the console, the game is detected, I launch it, black screen, and a few seconds later the game stops suddenly and the home screen shows me "The software has been stopped because an error has occurred. The console will restart." The day before, I had removed the game cartridge while it was still running in the background in the menu (I was in a hurry but if I had known...). I was wondering if this could be related to that first and if there might be a way (I'm desperate) to recover the cartridge or the data?

Hello, if the software was open when you removed the cartridge, yes it could be related to that and I don't think you can recover the backups.
Also, does the error message appear when you launch other software?
If so, it's the "cartridge detector" that's bugging.
If not, then you'll have to buy another copy of the game.
Let me know once you've tried with another game.
