How to insert a tooltip in a Word document

Hello,
In a Word document (Windows 10), I would like to display a comment (in the form of a tooltip that appears) when hovering the mouse over a word (without clicking on it).
I have only found procedures involving the creation of hyperlinks, but that's not what I'm looking for.

      A tooltip is valid for a shape or an image. In my text, I want to make a comment on a word and not on a shape or an image.
