I received the warning on a perfectly legal and kosher Japanese site. I feel like it's more preventive than anything else, possibly using artificial intelligence to track IPs...

Good evening,
there are visibly some drawing sites, etc., in the lot. The service provider keeps the IPs, and it's the cybercrime unit that does the statistics, but they don't use the IPs. Cazeuve talked about it at the time; I found a very interesting article from Numerama on the subject when there was the bug with Orange, Google, and Wiki.
