Lenovo G70 PC startup issue

Hello,

My Lenovo G70 laptop won't start anymore. It powers on but doesn't launch Windows. I only get this message "diagnostic of your computer" with the Lenovo logo. Then this blue page with the options "restart" or "advanced options." In the advanced options, I have this third page .
I tried Continue (exit and go to Windows 10) but it doesn’t work.
Turning off the PC does not allow it to restart afterward.
I don't have a CD or anything with Windows to restart.
I don't have a backup of the PC, so I don't want to lose all my data.

I hope someone has a solution to solve my problem.

    Hello,
    Click on Troubleshooting and perform a system restore using a restore point from a date before your problem.

      No, it does not affect personal documents and files.
