.NET Framework 4.6 Installation Stuck

Hello everyone,
I'm having trouble installing my printer.
When I try to download the printer installation software, I'm asked to install the .NET framework.
When I agree, I get this warning message: The installer may not run correctly because the installer for Windows components is not installed on this computer.
I continue, and then I get this message: .NET framework was not installed because: HRESULT 0x80240017.
My PC is an HP Pavilion 23, and I am on Windows 8.1.
If anyone can help me... thank you in advance!

    Hello

    Make sure all updates are installed from Windows Update.
    Try this version: https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/download/details.aspx?id=56116

    If that doesn't help, Clear the SoftwareDistribution folder

    If it's still not better, do a repair with Windows Repair.
    Run Windows Repair
    • Main Repair Menu
    • Open Repair
    • click Go at the bottom right.
