Bitmoji missing from Snapchat conversation

Hello, when I talk to someone, I don't see their bitmoji in the conversation even though we are chatting (I can see them sending messages)
Can you help me?

    I invite you to reconfigure your Bitmoji using the dedicated app.

    Also, make sure you have the latest version of SnapChat.

      Hello,
      I have version 10.58.1 of Snapchat, and I just reset my Bitmoji, but nothing works, the problem (or bug?) still persists.
