Hello,
Following a mishap caused by a virus deletion, MP4 no longer displays when requested in the received mail and returns an error. Can we find a free software to reset the MP4 functions? I am on W7.

As a beginner in computing, I expressed myself poorly and I apologize for that. I will explain my problem more simply:
I received an email from a friend which includes a video to download. At the bottom of the page, I click on the MP4 link (since there is no preview). Then I save it and return to my page. Once the necessary time has elapsed, I click on MP4 just as I have done before in other emails, and I receive this message: Server execution failed. I don't know what to do anymore, which is why I am reaching out. Thank you in advance for helping me.
