Good evening,

A message regarding Microsoft on Windows 10 regularly appears on my computer at startup: "Microsoft account problem: we need to fix the problem with your Microsoft account (the most likely cause is a password change)." I don't understand because I haven't changed my password. I suspect a virus, but I'm not sure. How can I fix my problem?

    No, it's not a virus.

    Open the settings, then go to account and enter your password again where it is requested.
