Document Word stuck on "draft"

Hello,

I have a problem with a Word document. Its display is stuck on draft view. The images do not appear. The physical page is no longer displayed and all the pages are merged. I can't print the document or save it as a PDF.

I tried copying the text and pasting it into a new document, but the problem persists on the other side. I also tried changing the view. The document accepts switching to all view modes (web, outline, reading) but for the "page" mode that interests me, it doesn't work and the document immediately switches back to "draft."

What should I do?

    When the display is in draft or reading mode, are you unable to start printing?

    And have you tried opening your file with Libre Office?
