Hello
I have one of the first Freeboxes and I no longer receive channel 6.
I tried your solution of unplugging my Freebox by pressing the off button on the remote, but it doesn't work, channel 6 still doesn't appear.
Do you have any other solutions to suggest?

Hello,
Some people talk about rebooting the box, but
The reboot is only very temporary.
You need to be in automatic mode, switch to HD and it works all the time :-)
Press the info button on your remote, then go to the top right "Video Mode" and choose HD mode instead of automatic... it's silly but it works ;-)

Super, thank you very much, it works for me too. At FREE, they opened an incident ticket!!! They haven't been able to help me for the moment, so thank you again.
