I have recently purchased a new MacBook Pro but after doing all the setups it's performance of execution is too slow so that is why I contacted to https://uaedatarecovery.com/data-recovery-for-apple-devices/ but they told me to update the system but after the update, it has the same response. Can anyone tell me a valid way to resolve this issue?

Hello,
You are here in the french forum, so , suggest you to post your problem in the english forum, here :
https://ccm.net/forum/macos-14
Note : I dont’see the the relation between your problem and the link you posted here ?
and also, you forgot to tell us what is the exact OS version installed on this MacBook Pro, what is the exact model of MacBook Pro, is it a completely new one, with Mojave installed ? older ?
and also again: have you tried to start the Mac in recovery mode to repair or re-install the system ?
Have a look on this page :

Anyway, post your message in the english forum with a maximum of useful information.
regards
