SHARP TV: Do Not Power Off / Scan

Hello everyone,
My SHARP AQUOS TV (model: LC-32LE144E) is stuck on a screen displaying "DO NOT POWER OFF SCAN" with a bar that endlessly progresses from 0 to 100%... No buttons are working, I can't do anything at all..
Do you have any ideas for fixing it, other than sending it back to technical service?

Hello,

After multiple searches, it seems to be a problem with the update; I just need to download a software to update my TV, but no matter how hard I look, I can't find it... If someone could help me, please.
