Most channels are encrypted

Hello,
I have a TCL smart TV that has most of the channels encrypted and a TNT antenna, but I still can't watch my channels

Configuration: Android / Chrome 72.0.3626.121

    Is your antenna operational?
    Roof-mounted antenna? Indoor antenna? Collective distribution?
    And in your country, check with "TNT Africa Congo," some channels are indeed paid.

    Yes, it's a flat antenna on the roof and it works because I receive the local channels that are on TNT except for the foreign channels.
