LG TV glowing halos

Hello,

I have a problem with my LG Full HD LED TV... On clear images, I see some sort of bright circles. I imagine they are the LEDs... It's no longer under warranty; is it repairable or is it not worth it on a TV that cost 300 euros? Thank you for your help.

      Only 2 and a half years, so no longer under warranty.
