Woohoo in The Sims 2

Hello,

I can't get my 2 Sims to woohoo. They love each other to ????, but when I click on relax for both Sims, one of them doesn't go! What should I do?

      Are you sure your two sims are really "in love"?
      On the link I gave you, they seem to say that you need to have an option for woohoo to appear, and if that’s not the case, it means they’re not in a romantic relationship yet?
