Hello everyone.

I remain frustrated because I can't connect to my PS Network account.
After creating my account, I obtained the device password after the two-step verification.
On my interface (PC):


Despite the message "password used" on the console, the message "ID or password is incorrect" appears.
I remain stuck!
I am awaiting clarification and thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 65.0

    Hello,

    Have you tried changing the password?

    Is it a second-hand console?

    → An old trick from 2008:
    How to delete cookies and cache files in the Internet browser of the PLAYSTATION 3
    In the home screen of your PS3, select Network and then [Internet Browser]. Press the X button.
    When the Internet browser appears (even if it shows an error message), press the Triangle button.
    Select [Tools] from the options menu. Press the X button.
    Select [Delete Cookies] and press the X button. Select [Yes] to confirm.
    Repeat steps 1 to 3 mentioned above, then select [Delete Cache] > [Yes].
    Repeat steps 1 to 3 mentioned above, then select [Delete Authentication Information] > [Yes].
    Repeat all the above steps for each user of the system
