Hello, my 2015 MacBook Pro won't open the session. When I type my password, it accepts it, but the computer freezes and nothing happens. Does anyone have any idea what I can do? I'd like to keep my data if possible.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 71.0.3578.98

Hello,

I suggest doing a safe boot as explained here: https://support.apple.com/fr-fr/HT201262.
During this safe boot, the Mac will repair the items that need it.
Once the repairs are finished, you should be able to log in to your user session, at least I hope so.

If that's the case, there's no need to stay in this boot mode. Open the Apple menu () and then choose "Restart." The Mac will then boot up as usual and prompt you to log in to your user session.

If not, then we'll try something else.

Hello, thank you for your help, but safe mode doesn't change my problem at all; when I reach the login screen and enter the correct code, it still freezes.

Hello,

Since your Mac is from 2015, it has a recent system, so here is an article that will show you how to
Maintain and Repair OS X 10.11, OS X 10.12 or OS X 10.13 (El Capitan, Sierra, High Sierra)

HELLO, when I do this manipulation, I get the Apple logo followed by a loading bar that stops in the middle, then it freezes.
