Probleme kmail

Bonjour,
kmail sur ma distribution netruner blackbird ne peut pas se configurer
j'ai ce message d'erreur au lancement : le service de gestion des informations personnelles n'est pas operationnel.
Je pourrais me passer de kmail, mais j'aime bien ce client
merci pour votre aide

Configuration: Linux / Chrome 71.0.3578.98

    il me semble que akonadi est installé pourtant
    Cependant j'ai ce la :
