Is "Whats Tracker" reliable?

Hello everyone,

I downloaded Whats Tracker on my mobile, but I’m wondering if this app is reliable...

I’ve been getting notifications saying that people have visited my profile, yet some of them tell me they have never entered my profile.

Can I get your feedback?
