Hello, I purchased the premium version of FreeYouTube Download (unlimited for 29 euros) this summer. It worked well for some time, but now when I open the software, it says "version not activated" and I can no longer download videos longer than 30 minutes. It tells me I need to upgrade to premium. I don't understand. At first, when I downloaded this software, I could download any videos I wanted, regardless of length. Then I was informed that if I wanted to download videos longer than 30 minutes, I needed to upgrade to the premium version. So that's what I did with a one-year subscription. A few days later, I received the same message I have today, stating that the version was not activated and that I needed to upgrade to premium if I wanted to download videos longer than 30 minutes. So this is the second time I have paid for something that only works for a few days. Of course, I kept proof of payment and the activation code, but nothing allows me to reuse it. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Free YouTube Download. It says "license expired." SOS!! What should I do?
