How to change the language on a television

Hello,
I would like to change the language of my LG television to English; by going into the settings with the remote, I changed the language in options but there is no change, the language is still in French... do you have the solution?

    And does our friend want to change the language of the menus or the programs when they are broadcast in multiple languages?
