Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to install version 10-64 on a 7-32.
Moreover, I bought Windows 10 Home with a USB key in the store, but it says on the Microsoft label of the box Windows 10 32-BIT/64-BIT, does that mean it's optional?

It all depends on your processor; if it's 32-bit, only a 32-bit Windows will work.
Otherwise, yes, if the USB drive has both 32 and 64 versions, you can choose whichever one you want.
