I want to update an application, but I need to provide my iCloud password! But it’s disabled; I want to activate it, but I need the phone number to reactivate it, and I don't remember the number.

If you are asked for an old phone number, it is because they need to send you a code via that number in order to reactivate the iCloud account...
So it's a mission impossible if you no longer have access to that phone number...
