When installing the Freda program (free Epub reader) from Microsoft, I receive this error message.
The installation does not complete. What can be done to allow the installation? I was able to install this program without difficulty on another PC running Windows 10 and I am perplexed.
Thank you for any suggestions.

    I downloaded the program wu170509.diagcab that Charidu suggested and ran it as an administrator. I got a result telling me that many issues had been resolved except for certain Windows Update elements that were not correct.
    How can I fix this? The repair program doesn't indicate anything except that it couldn't fix this problem.
