Hello,
I have an Acer one 10 running Windows 10. However, after a reset, every time I restart, the PC goes to a blue screen telling me that a system file "aswRvrt.sys" is missing. I am unable to access the desktop. I have browsed a lot of forums and tried everything I found but to no avail. The options offered when I press F8 always bring me back to the same blue screen.
If anyone has a solution, I would be infinitely grateful.
Best regards.

Hello,
It’s the Avast! driver that’s causing Windows to crash on startup.
If you can’t access the recovery options, you can try booting your computer from the Malekal Live CD.
See here: https://www.malekal.com/malekal-live-cd-reparer-depanner-pc-windows/
Once you're on it, rename all the .sys files that start with asw from the Windows > system32 > Drivers folder.
Restart and hope that it works.
Otherwise, you will need to reinstall Windows.

Please press any key to continue the disinfection...-
The message displays the following:
"Recovery
Your computer/device needs to be repaired.
The operating system failed to load because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors.
File: \Windows\system32\drivers\aswRvrt.sys
Error code: 0xc000007b
You need to use recovery tools. If you do not have any installation media (such as a disk or USB device), contact your system administrator or the manufacturer of your computer/device.
Press the Windows key to access UEFI firmware settings" -

If it's a tablet, forget about the hard drive.
