iMovie 9 Installation

Question

Hello everyone,

I need help to install the iMovie 9 program that works well on my Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6. Could you please guide me on the easiest way to install it? I tried to install the latest version of iMovie but there was a message that iMovie cannot be installed because Mac 10.13.2 is required.

you have your answer, you need MacOS 10.13.2

Required hardware configuration for Mac
To find out information about your Mac model, click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your screen, then select the About This Mac command. The following Mac models are compatible with macOS High Sierra:

MacBook (late 2009 or newer)
MacBook Pro (mid-2010 or newer)
MacBook Air (late 2010 or newer)
Mac mini (mid-2010 or newer)
iMac (late 2009 or newer)
Mac Pro (mid-2010 or newer)

Your request is not very clear; you should have provided more details because iMovie is part of the iLife suite, provided by default with the Mac, either pre-installed depending on the purchase date of the Mac or on DVD.
So you need to provide your current configuration as well as the update history, we’ll have a clearer picture.
By the way, check your "Applications" folder to see if there is a version of iMovie and which one it is (right-click on it and Get Info)
It is also possible that you have 2 versions installed, depending on system updates made on your Mac.
Since we are not psychics, you need to share as much information as possible; you can never provide enough info.

Hey, can you send a direct download link for iMovie 9 instead of explaining how to do it? Because right now... iMovie 9 is hiding everywhere on the web. Why, but whyyyyy???
Anyway, I don't care why, why, why... I just waaaaannnnnt this version and not another one pleeeaaaseeeeee.
I think I'm going to die from not being able to find it.

There's no point in getting all worked up like that because, if you say iLife 09 is hiding everywhere on the Internet, but you haven't found it, it means you haven't looked properly! Maybe you want us to come install it for you?
You can find this paid version in the classifieds on eBay France.
