How to rotate a photo

Hello,
Since the last Android update, it is no longer possible to rotate photos in the gallery. Until now, it was enough to click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen to rotate the photo left or right, but this option has simply disappeared. Do you know a way to restore this function? Indeed, it's quite inconvenient when you want to send an MMS or post a photo on Messenger. Thank you in advance. Best regards.

I use Google Photos and I have the rotation feature: when you display the photo, you need to press the second icon at the bottom of the screen to access the settings
