Hello,
I’m trying to uninstall the Winthruster software from my computer (HP Pavilion, running Windows 10).
I went through the control panel and CCleaner, but I keep getting the same response: "the installation source of the product is not available" and I cannot uninstall the software.
I tried searching online but I couldn't find a forum that helps me (or that I can understand) because I’m a total noob in computers ^^'
So, I hope you can help me!

Hello, you can remove it using most anti-malware programs, such as the excellent Malwarebytes: https://fr.malwarebytes.com or AdwCleaner: https://fr.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/
After the "disinfection," check that there are no traces of WinThruster left on your computer by ensuring that the files from this rogue or adware have been deleted: C:\Program Files\Solvusoft\WinThruster
You can also install the Everything tool (a very efficient search engine) to instantly search for all files named Solvusoft (the publisher of WinThruster) and WinThruster obviously:D : https://www.voidtools.com
Finally, open the registry editor (windows + r, then type regedit and hit enter), then go to "edit" and "find," type the words WinThruster and Solvusoft, then start the search making sure that all three boxes (keys, values, data) are checked, and delete the keys referring to them.
Caution! Do not delete just any key, at the risk of causing more harm than good to your PC; post a screenshot if in doubt!

It's because the program was manually deleted, leaving just the entry in the list of installed programs.
You just need to remove it from the list of installed programs, see: https://forum.malekal.com/viewtopic.php?t=44630&start=

Finish with a cleanup using Malwarebytes - Malwarebytes Anti-Malware free version tutorial
Avoid regular scans and cleanups with ZHPCleaner, AdwCleaner, not useful.
