Mon Fujitsu plante sur internet! Résolu

Question

Bonjour,

Je viens d'acquérir un Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo Si 1520-7020 12" TFT.

Pb, au bout d'un certain temps passé sur internet, l'ordinateur cesse de répondre pendant près d'une minute, et ce à intervalles régulières.
L'ordinateur ne diagnostique aucune erreur de connection, qui d'ailleurs à côté de ça fonctionne très bien.
J'ai pensé à un bug du navigateur (firefox) mais ça plante aussi avec Explorer.
De plus, lors du bug je peux continuer à travailler sur un programme déjà ouvert, mais si je tente d'en ouvrir un pendant le plantage, c'est tout l'ordi qui cesse de répondre!

Au bout d'une minute, il cesse de travailler et tout redevient normal...

Est ce que c'est parce que l'ordi chauffe trop?
J'ai pensé aussi à un pb avec Vista parce que je travaille souvent avec plusieurs fenêtres et onglets en même temps et que je crois savoir que ce système bouffe beaucoup de mémoire...

Bref, quelqu'un a-t-il une idée sur la cause d'un tel pb? J'hésite à aller voir la fnac dans la mesure où c'est un pb très précis, ponctuel, et qu'à part ça tout fonctionne très bien, ça ne me fait perdre aucune donnée etc...

J'ai déjà fait toute sorte de scan antivirus spyware avec Avast et Windows defender, un diagnostique mémoire et tout... Tout est ok...
C'est quoi un log hijackthis?
